Ingredients
1. 2 glass of milk
2. 2 bananas
3. A scoop of peanut butter
4. Dry fruits( almonds,dates)
5. A bowl of oats 
6. A bowl of cornflakes 
And little bit of honey and cinnamon powder 
Blend all the ingredients well
